News from Planado team
How do you call a place where your field worker went? A site!
We decided to get closer to the subject area and added Sites to Planado.
You can now add multiple Sites to the client and assign jobs to them. This is convenient if the client has several premises or structures to go to.
Each site in Planado is assigned an address and a contact list.
In this way, all jobs are distributed among sites and you can trace the service history of each client site separately.
Sometimes the company has its own internal facilities, such as communication facilities or warehouses where internal work has to be performed. For example, upgrading the satellite uplink, repair works or an emergency visit, and all these have to be done by your workers. With the advent of sites, it has become possible to add your own sites to Planado and to take into account internal need trips.
The sites will be useful for organising and controlling field operations of the companies providing services to the telecom operators facilities, management companies in the housing and communal services sector, chain stores, car services, medical institutions and other companies that have a distributed branch network.
